Mannheim International Toastmasters
One of the most international clubs in the region — members bring diverse cultural and professional backgrounds, resulting in lively discussions and fascinating speech topics. Meetings are conducted in English and offer excellent opportunities to develop confidence, leadership, and spontaneous speaking skills. You may arrive to practise a speech and leave having learned something about three countries and two different career paths.
Heidelberg Toastmasters Rhetorikclub
Prefer speaking German? Then Rhetorikclub may be your perfect match. Here, members improve their rhetoric, presentation, moderation, and leadership skills in German. The atmosphere is relaxed, constructive, and full of learning opportunities. It proves that even in your native language, there is always room to become more convincing, more confident, and perhaps a little funnier.
BASF Toastmasters
“We Create Chemistry” is about more than molecules. At BASF Toastmasters, every meeting creates connections between people, ideas, and stories. Conducted in English and open to everybody (not only BASF employees), the club offers a flexible hybrid format that fits even the busiest schedules. Its supportive and encouraging culture makes it easy for newcomers to get started and for experienced speakers to continue growing. And while BASF’s scientists work with complex reactions every day, many Toastmasters will tell you that stepping up for an impromptu Table Topic can still be the most exciting reaction of all.
